I made my first sale at age four. It was a Sunday after church, and I was handing out business cards for my dad’s carpet cleaning business like a pint-sized Don Draper in a clip-on tie. By grade school, I was selling flower seeds and novelty ID tags from the back pages of comic books—which, yes, used to be a legitimate supply chain.

I’ve sold just about everything: copiers, fax machines, early-generation cell phones that cost more than a used car, pagers (RIP), car alarms, printing services, and graphic design. If it had a SKU, I probably pitched it.

Eventually, I traded commission checks for calling and launched into the world of financial services. I founded and sold both a Registered Investment Advisory firm and a fintech company, and along the way, I discovered what really drives me: helping people let go of the clutter so they can build what matters.

Now, under the banner of Mission Surrender, I help financial advisors, business owners, and ambitious professionals cut through noise, find their edge, and execute strategies with clarity and conviction. Whether it’s crafting a better marketing framework, building a high-performance team, or discerning what to say “no” to next—I’m here for it.

I'm also a theology nerd with a love for espresso, literature, and long walks across Spain. Through The Call to Holiness, I explore the intersections of faith, work, and meaning—often with a coffee in hand and a wry smile at how strange and beautiful life can be.

Business is personal. Holiness is not a hobby. And surrender, it turns out, is the ultimate growth strategy.
